During my four-night stay, I found the room's furnishings to be in disrepair. the couch and chairs were worn out and uncomfortable. Moreover, I was highly disappointed with the city view. all I could see was an office building right outside my window. Adding to my frustration was the non-functional phone in both rooms, forcing me to use my cell to contact the front desk.

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby and spacious rooms, which were easily accessible. The rooftop pool was truly a highlight, offering stunning views of downtown Phoenix, making it a lovely retreat after a day of exploring.

The rooftop pool provided a relaxing retreat after a busy day. However, I found the room service food to be disappointing and not worth the price, which detracted from an otherwise excellent visit.
